Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how HC PDR LLC("we", "us") handles data for the DentQuote AI service.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and hashed password (or OAuth identity) used to sign in.
- Estimate content: the vehicle info, VIN, damage notes, client details, and generated estimates you create in the app.
- Client records: any customer or dealership contacts you save in your client book.
- Payment data: subscription status and Stripe customer ID. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe — they never touch our servers.
- Technical data: minimal request logs and error reports used to keep the Service running.
How we use it
- To operate the Service: authenticate you, generate estimates, and store your work.
- To bill you for the DentQuote Pro subscription via Stripe.
- To respond to support requests and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your estimate or client data to train third-party AI models.
Where it's stored
Account, estimate, and client data are stored on Supabase (our managed Postgres provider). Payment information is stored by Stripe. Both are industry-standard providers with encryption at rest and in transit.
Cookies & local storage
We use browser storage (cookies and localStorage) strictly to keep you signed in and to remember lightweight preferences such as the install prompt dismissal. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
AI processing
Estimate text you submit is sent to an AI provider (via the Lovable AI gateway) to generate the estimate output. Photos submitted for VIN reading are sent to the same provider for optical character recognition. Only the content necessary to produce your requested output is sent.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hcpdrcorp@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post material updates to this policy in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
