Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how HC PDR LLC ("we", "us") handles data for DentQuote AI — the website at dentquoteai.com and the DentQuote AI app for Android (together, the "Service").

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
• Business details: business name, phone, email, address, logo, and your pricing and rate-sheet settings.
• Estimates and invoices: vehicle info, VIN, damage notes, panels, prices, notes, schedule dates, and job locations you enter.
• Your customers' details: names, phone numbers, emails and addresses you save in your client book or on estimates. You are responsible for having the right to share them with us.
• Photos: damage photos you attach to estimates, VIN photos you take to read the VIN, and business card photos you take to add a client (read once to fill in the client, never stored).
• Signatures and approvals: the name and drawn signature a customer gives when approving an estimate.
• Voice: when you tap the microphone, your phone's or browser's speech service turns what you say into text. We receive the text, not a recording.
• Team data: names, emails and invite codes for techs you add to your team, and which estimates each tech wrote.
• Payment data: plan, status and billing IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe, Google Play purchases by Google and App Store purchases by Apple — card numbers never reach our servers.
• Technical data: basic request logs and error reports used to keep the Service running.

Phone permissions (Android app)

• Camera: to take damage, VIN and business card photos, only when you choose to.
• Microphone: for voice dictation, only while you are dictating.
• Calendar: to add the jobs you book to your phone's calendar and remove them when unscheduled. We don't read or upload your other calendar events.

How we use it

• To run the Service: sign you in, build and price estimates, and store your work.
• To send estimates and invoices to your customers when you share them.
• To bill your subscription and to let your customers pay your invoices.
• To answer support requests and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your estimate or customer data to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run DentQuote AI:

• Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in.
• Lovable — hosting, sign-in emails, and the AI gateway that reads VIN and business card photos and turns your notes into panels.
• Stripe — website subscriptions and your customers' invoice payments.
• Google Play, Apple and RevenueCat — subscriptions bought in the Android and iPhone apps.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message support on WhatsApp; those messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Your customers see only what you share with them through an estimate or invoice link. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your estimates, customers, photos, signatures, logo and settings right away; backup copies expire within 30 days. Stripe, Google and Apple keep their own billing records as the law requires.

Deleting your account

In the app or on the website, go to Settings → Delete account. It is permanent and cancels a card subscription. A subscription bought in the app is cancelled in Google Play or the App Store. Can't sign in? Email support@dentquoteai.com from your account email and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@dentquoteai.com. You can also export your estimates from Settings.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos and logos are stored privately and shown through short-lived links.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

We'll post material updates here and announce them in the app or by email.
