Manage your subscription
DentQuote Pro is billed by whoever you subscribed through, and each is cancelled in its own place:
- Subscribed on the web: open Settings in the web app and use the billing portal to change or cancel.
- Subscribed in the Android app: cancel in the Play Store app > profile icon > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Subscribed in the iPhone app: cancel in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions > DentQuote AI.
Cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Delete your account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you have access to the app: go to Settings > Delete account. Two confirmations, then it happens immediately.
- If you no longer have access: email support@dentquoteai.com from the address you signed up with, subject line "Delete my account". We verify ownership and delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted:
- Every estimate and invoice
- All client records
- All custom rate sheets and hail matrices
- All photos and signatures
- The business profile and logo
- The login itself
What we keep: nothing. Backup copies expire within 30 days. Payment records stay with Stripe (web and card payments) and Google Play or Apple (app subscriptions), who keep them as long as tax law requires — usually up to 7 years.
Common questions
My estimate won't generate.
Check your connection. Pricing needs a signal. Estimates started offline are saved on the device as drafts and sync once signal returns — the dashboard shows a banner with how many are waiting. Open the draft and tap Get price to finish it.
I used my three free estimates.
The free tier covers three generated estimates. DentQuote Pro removes the cap. Drafts you never generated don't count against it.
Can I use the same account on my phone and my computer?
Yes. It's one account and everything syncs.
My prices don't match my rate sheet.
Sizes round UP to the next row on the sheet. Also check which rate sheet is selected on the estimate — the job type picks a default, but a custom sheet overrides it.
