Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DentQuote AI — the website at dentquoteai.com and the DentQuote AI app for Android (together, the "Service") — operated by HC PDR LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DentQuote AI helps paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians write estimates and invoices from photos, VIN data, voice and damage notes, and manage customers, schedules and team payouts. Estimates are pricing aids only — you remain responsible for final pricing, the quality of your work, and anything you tell your customers.

2. Accounts and teams

You must be at least 18 and give a valid email. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. On a team plan the account owner controls the company's data and can add or remove techs; a tech sees the work they wrote. Tell us at support@dentquoteai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free estimates and plans

• New accounts get 3 free estimates.
• Solo: $29 USD per month, one login.
• Team: $69 USD per month for up to 6 people, plus $10 per month for each additional person.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Billing, cancelling and refunds

• Bought on the website: billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime in Settings → Plan; you keep access to the end of the paid period.
• Bought in the Android app: billed by Google Play. Cancel in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions); Google Play's refund policies apply.
• Bought in the iPhone app: billed by Apple. Cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Apple's refund policies apply.
• Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
• Deleting your account cancels a website subscription.

5. Taking payments from your customers

Card payments on your invoices go to your own Stripe account, connected in Settings. You are the seller: Stripe's terms apply between you and Stripe, and you are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds and disputes with your customers.

6. Your data and your customers' data

You own your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service, as described in ourPrivacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to enter your customers' details and to send them estimates and invoices.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful estimates or invoices.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or overload the Service.
• Share login access beyond the people your plan covers.
• Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.

8. AI disclaimer

AI-read VINs, panels and notes are drafts based on your inputs and pricing settings. They may contain errors or prices that don't match your market. You are solely responsible for reviewing every estimate before sending it to a customer, insurer or dealership.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, business interruption or indirect damages.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
