Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DentQuote AI (the "Service"), operated by HC PDR LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
DentQuote AI is a web-based tool for automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians. It uses AI to draft repair estimates from photos, VIN data, and damage notes you provide. Estimates are pricing aids only — you, the technician, remain responsible for final pricing, quality of work, and any representations made to your customers.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at hcpdrcorp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Free trial & subscription
New accounts receive 3 free estimates. To continue generating estimates after the free trial you must subscribe to DentQuote Pro at $29 USD per month, billed monthly and auto-renewing until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Payments are handled by Stripe — we do not receive or store card details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful estimates.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or overwhelm the Service.
- Upload data you don't have the right to share (customer PII, vehicle records, etc.).
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
5. AI disclaimer
AI-generated estimates are drafts based on your inputs and reference pricing matrices. They may contain errors, omissions, or pricing that doesn't match local market conditions. You are solely responsible for reviewing every estimate before sending it to a customer, insurer, or dealership, and for the final workmanship on any repair.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hcpdrcorp@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
